Requirements:
● Prior experience managing Chauffeurs/Drivers
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
● Must have a CDL License - Class B Passenger Endorsement
● Has prior experience as a CDL Driver

● Manage/supervise Chauffeurs including recommending discipline

Support the Operations Team including: Fleet Manager, Dispatch, CSR, DOT, Safety Training,
HR
● Can take charge and manage the team, resolve issues and assist with Onboarding process
Ability to work with minimal supervision under dynamic workloads, with the ability to be
highly effective while managing shifting internal priorities
Track record of leading and influencing others in a constructive manner to build and sustain
collaborative team-player relationships
● Must submit to drug testing and a background check
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional departments to
drive excellent customer experience
● Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations
● Must be a team player yet able to work well independently
● Must be able to commute to JFK

Starting Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
